STATEMENT OF POLICIES & PROCEDURES
1.1 There are no refunds for purchases of services (I.e. sessions, assessments, webinars, classes, or retreats.) Refunds for online products must meet policies and procedures stipulations of “Problems with Shipments” in Section 1.2.
Problems with Shipments:
1.2 If within thirty (30) days of the expected reported delivery date, you do not notify Spiritual Balm of a problem with the receipt of your order, including but not limited to, failure to receive the product, improper sealing, damaged to the container, quality of the internal product, and/or receipt of wrong product, refunds or exchanges will not be given. All purchases are charged and refunded in U.S. Dollars.
2.2 Expectation of Privacy
a) Spiritual Balm recognizes and respects the importance its customers on the privacy of their financial and personal information. Spiritual Balm will make reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy of, and maintain the confidentiality of its customers’ financial and account information and nonpublic personal information.
b) Spiritual Balm hereby agrees to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information and to use it solely for the purpose of supporting and servicing customers and conducting for business.
